Founder Hiroshi Sasaki combines a wide range of expertise and international experience in his constant pursuit of innovation. In addition to his experience in ICT strategy, overseas business development support, and business strategy formulation gained at a major consulting firm, he brings a high level of perspective based on his experience working for a consultancy firm specializing in water infrastructure in the UK. He was involved in risk management as a Chief Engineer at the Defence Technology Company of Hitachi, Ltd. and has gained a deep connection to social infrastructure, particularly the water sector, and business through a secondment to the Japan Water Forum.

He is also an expert in nanobubble technology and carbon credit mechanisms, and has a proven track record of technical acumen, including several international patent applications for water sector technologies he has developed. His studies at Columbia Business School and more than 10 years of business experience in Southeast Asia (especially Vietnam and Singapore) ensure his practical competence.

In the field of ICT, he has successfully managed large scale system development projects, and has led numerous international offshore system development projects. He has a number of achievements in the field of business development and business strategy, including winning the top prize in an acceleration program sponsored by Mitsubishi Research Institute for a business plan that he developed from conception to pitching.

A graduate of EHL (École hôtelière de Lausanne) — one of the world's most prestigious hospitality management institutions — Albin has built his career across four continents, with stops in Lausanne, London, New York, the Caribbean, Montreal, and Vietnam. His entrepreneurial instincts have led him to found and co-found more than 15 successful food and beverage concepts, ranging from French bistros and artisan craft beer bars to Mediterranean seafood restaurants and traditional Vietnamese dining experiences.
Since 2021, Albin has channeled his global network and industry expertise into a mission with greater purpose: as Country Officer Vietnam for Naturland — Germany's leading association for organic agriculture — he works at the intersection of sustainability, food systems, and international development, helping elevate Vietnamese organic products onto the world stage. His efforts span value chain development, farmer capacity building, and cross-border partnerships across Asia and beyond.

Ms. Hoa Pham is currently the General Manager of the Vietnam office of DCH Auriga, a specialized service provider for the pharmaceutical industry, and an entrepreneur in her own right. Ms. Hoa Pham has deep roots in the Vietnamese pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, having been involved in the founding and held key positions at Big Leap Research and Max Integra JSC, the first SMO company in Vietnam.

She has extensive experience in business development, management, and clinical research, with particular expertise in oncology and clinical trials. He combines extensive knowledge in the life science field of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and biotechnology with excellent interpersonal skills.

With over 20 years of experience in user centered design, digital transformation, energy transition, and innovation, I am the CEO of Daito Design Amsterdam, a design agency that focuses on helping energy companies achieve their goals and optimize their performance. I am also an Accredited UX Professional, a founding board member of the International Accreditation Program for UX Professionals, and a president of the UXPA Netherlands group.

I have successfully managed large design teams and led many Fortune 100 clients to realize their more performant future, especially in the energy sector, from oil and gas to nuclear to solar, wind, and batteries. I have also played a key role in the turnaround of five companies through design, team building, and process/operational innovation. I am passionate about integrating AI into effective business innovation, developing a rigorous data-driven UX methodology, and delivering user experiences that are engaging, efficient, and impactful.
